How to Get There

The property is located at Via Magenta 20A, 95012, SOLICCHIATA in the municipality of Castiglione di Sicilia, province of Catania.

Parking

You can park along the same street, placing your car next to the house wall.
If there is not enough space, you can park a few dozen meters before the house, near the main square of Solicchiata.

Check-in / Keys

Once you arrive in the area, at Via Magenta no. 20A you will see the main entrance door.
To the left on the wood door, there is a Red key box.

Open it by entering the code 0702 and take your house key.

Waste Separation

In Solicchiata, waste collection is carried out door-to-door.
Trash must be placed outside the evening before collection, following a specific schedule, which you will find posted in the kitchen.
Please use the appropriate containers for each type of waste.

House Rules

Respect for the Neighborhood

Guests are required to behave respectfully and avoid excessive noise, especially during rest hours.

Waste Disposal

It is mandatory to strictly follow the waste separation rules.
In case of incorrect disposal, the Municipality will apply a fine of €600.00, which will be entirely charged to the guest who made the booking.

House Keys

Please take maximum care of the house keys.
In case of loss, or if the keys are left inside the property making access impossible, an intervention will be required to provide a new copy, with an extra charge of €100.00.

At the time of booking, you may request a second spare key free of charge.
